Question (Q) : How many people will your Moonwalks hold?  

Answer (A) : We recommend for your Safety that you group them by the following ages:

5 Years & Under

8 Maximum

6 - 10 Years

6 Maximum

10 Years & Up

4 - 5 Maximum

 

Q : Do you deliver?

A : Yes we deliver.  A courteous and prompt Marvelous Moonwalks representative will deliver your Moonwalk and all other rental equipment to your door.  See our Delivery Area for important information.

 

Q : Who sets up the Moonwalk?

A : We do.  We will also help you decide on the best place for your Moonwalk to be setup. See our Delivery Area for important information.

  

Q : Will the Moonwalk harm my lawn?

A : We cannot guarantee that the Moonwalk will not affect your lawn.  In most cases, it only flattens the grass,  which should recover in a few days.  We also use a tarp under the Moonwalk which decreases any damage to your lawn.

 

Q : What if it rains on the day I rent?  

A : We will call you the day of your Special Event and under your advisement we will either cancel (no charge to you at that time) or deliver the rental for that day.  Once the Moonwalk is delivered there will be no refund.

 

Q : Is there a cancellation fee?  

A : No

 

Q : Do you require a deposit?

A : Yes, but only on multiple unit rentals or multiple day rentals, which both require a 50% deposit to ensure the date.  This amount is ONLY fully refundable due to inclement weather.

 

Q : What types of payment do you accept?

A : A cash or check payment is due upon delivery of the Moonwalk to your Special Event.  We do not accept credit cards.

 

Q : What is the required area for operation of the Moonwalk?

A : An 18 x 18 x 14 area, free of ground debris and an overhead clear of power lines, trees or any building interference.

 

Q : What if it rains on the day I rent?

Q : Is there a cancellation fee?

Q : What type of power do I need?

A : A separate, standard 110V outlet with no other accessories plugged in.

 

Q : Who is responsible for underground utilities?

A : The renter is responsible for having all utilities located prior to their party.  We recommend you call Julie (800) 892-0123 within 3-4 days advance.  This service is free.
